It’s been several months since I last posted. I recently started a new job, and I remember now how work can get in the way of golf and life. Still, I wanted to make sure that the saga of the Partner-Partner was shared, as it was quite a day.
We luckily made it to the finals, going extra holes against a 20 handicapper with a crazy hot putter. The finals were against Zone and Coach, who are 2 great guys, and 2 pressure putters. I figured we had nothing to lose, …

Well, my partner, Tom, and I competed in our club’s Member:Member tournament. This was a team competition, best ball, with full handicaps as of the beginning of July handicaps. It is in a single elimination bracket format, seeded by team aggregate course handicaps.

She has a great attitude, letting things come to her and being patient with her development. I understand that Tiger has looked at her swing. It’s great that she looks at it like …

Another instructional video from Gary. He’s big on releasing the club. I agree with this, though I find that when I am underpressure, I tend to over release the club, but causes a pull draw or just a hook. I just have to find a happy medium, which I currently have (knock on wood).

I took lessons from Gary for 2 years. He really understand the golf swing and kicked my butt to change my swing.
