Well, my partner, Tom, and I competed in our club’s Member:Member tournament.  This was a team competition, best ball, with full handicaps as of the beginning of July handicaps.  It is in a single elimination bracket format, seeded by team aggregate course handicaps.

I just got done subbing in the Thursday Night League at my club.  Now, my schedule and profession doesn’t allow for a consistent enough commitment to join the league myself, but I love subbing and being part of it that way.  I recommend joining or being part of one if you can, preferably with people that you like or find interesting.  Yesterday’s match was with 3 great guys from my club.  We had a great match, which ended up in a draw.  2+ hours of great conversation, trash talking, and …
